*requirements*:
process improvements, new techonology, implementing best practices, works directly with the technology coordinator to drive standardization and best practices implementation, manages the project portfolio in cooperation of the technology coordinator and the plant manager, executes medium/intermediate projects
- engineering degree
- industrial, mechanical, electrical or related engineer fields.
- proficiency in english is a must.
- minimum of 5 years of experience.
- visa and passport.
- continuos improvement knowledge, six sigma, business excellence, enviromental regulations.
- food industry experience desirable.
*main responsibilities technology engineer*
- display a commitment to lead, develop and support safety and promote a safety culture. Promote continuous process safety improvement.
- benchmark the location versus internal and external best available technologies and drive improvements.
- manage and prioritize the wave portfolio in cooperation with the plant manager or focus improvement pillar and the regional director of oilseeds technology.
- develop and maintain a 5-year project portfolio to include capital budgeting, execution and to strike a balance between nde and productivity/growth.
- collaborate with the appropriate coe’s to ensure alignment of technology.
- explore, propose and/or champion new process technologies and equipment suppliers.
- work within the global oilseeds technology center to standardize operations, share best practices and implement new technologies.
- assist plant operations in solving applicable technical problems.
- support training and development of process engineers.
- support the facility in setting up goals..
