about the role
we are seeking a district sales manager to lead our vibrant field sales team. This leadership role involves inspiring your team, executing sales strategies, and building strong trade relationships. You will be pivotal in shaping the in-store experience and driving regional sales success.
responsibilities
* develop and implement strategic plans for sales growth in your region.
* manage business plans, promotions, and meet revenue and kpi targets.
* lead the field sales or territory managers team, ensuring optimal retail coverage and training.
* recruit, coach, and develop your team to excel.
* ensure execution excellence and compliance with store layouts, product placement, and promotional activities.
candidate profile
* experience in fmcg or trade, especially in field sales.
* excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* proven leadership in managing and improving field sales teams.
* strong project management and initiative implementation skills.
* analytical and commercially savvy, with p&l management experience.
