Creditus is a startup that helps people find the best financial products in the market. Our goal is to make financial product acquisition more efficient. We closed a seed‐stage round, with a stable product, clients, and gaining traction. We are looking for a full‐time highly motivated sales manager to own our sales pipeline.
responsibilities:
* build on the sales foundations in a growing startup.
* join the founding team to discuss pricing strategy & sales targets.
* own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification, demos, negotiation, and closure.
* identify and create strategies to improve awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
* partner with ops & product teams to ensure demos are successful and that feedback and feature requests are communicated correctly.
* manage & measure client accounts performance.
* measure and report sales efforts performance.
must have:
* ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast‐paced environment.
* ability to understand autonomy, work independently, taking initiative, and have ownership of your work.
* ability to cold call, negotiate, and close deals while feeling comfortable.
* strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships within a multi‐disciplinary team.
nice to have:
* strong written and verbal communication skills.
* sales experience in a b2b saas company.
* know the ins and outs of financial products.
