we are seeking a visionary culinary expert to lead our food and beverage operations.
* develop menus that balance seasonality, trends, and customer preferences.
* create unique menus featuring international and mexican options.
* oversee kitchen staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
the ideal candidate will have expertise in international cuisine, experience managing large food operations, and knowledge of planning, f&b services, and pricing. Additionally, they should be results-driven, have advanced english skills, and possess leadership and conflict management abilities.
