if you love building social followings, collaborating with influencers, and creating content that gets people clicking, sharing, and converting — this job is for you.
*what you’ll do*
- create and post daily content across social platforms (instagram, tiktok, facebook, youtube shorts, etc.)
- use ai tools to speed up content creation, editing, and scheduling
- find and connect with influencers and affiliate partners who align with each brand
- monitor performance and deliver weekly reports on what’s working (and what’s not)
*what we’re looking for*
- strong understanding of social trends, storytelling, and what makes content go viral
- confidence reaching out to influencers and building partnerships
- organized, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple brands
- self-motivated and results-oriented — you like seeing the numbers go up
*performance goals (kpis)*
- 3-5+ pieces of content posted per business daily
- at least 2% follower growth per platform weekly
- 3+ new influencer or affiliate partnerships initiated each week
- 5%+ engagement rate across accounts
