Technical knowledge is required.an engineering degree is a strong plus.key responsibilities quotation & inside sales support prepare accurate, timely quotations based on customer inquiries, pricing guidelines, and product specifications.support inside sales efforts by following up on leads, identifying opportunities, and maintaining customer engagement.assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical sales materials.customer communication & support respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or other communication channels.provide detailed product information, technical guidance, and general support to customers and prospects.follow up on outstanding quotes, leads, and inquiries to support sales conversions.product & technical knowledge support the sales team with product demos and presentations by clearly explaining features, benefits, and technical details.coordinate with engineering or technical teams to address customer questions or resolve technical issues.order processing & coordination assist with reviewing and processing sales orders for accuracy and completeness.ensure all order details align with customer requirements and internal standards.crm & administrative management maintain and update crm records, including customer profiles, activity logs, opportunities, and pipelines.support the sales team with meeting coordination, scheduling, and calendar management.qualifications ~ technical knowledge required (ability to understand engineering or electronic concepts).

~1 - 2 years previous experience in inside sales or sales coordination ~ strong communication skills (written and verbal).
~ english is required ~ highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
~ proficiency with crm systems and standard office software (excel, word, powerpoint).
~ ability to work on-site and match u.s. business hours ~ scheduñe: 8:30am - 5:00pm est (usa time zone)~ full on-site position ~ base salary + commissions
