key responsibilities
* assist the financial controller in preparing financial statements and reports
* maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
* support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
* reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
* process invoices, payments, and expense reports
* help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
* collaborate with other departments on financial matters
* assist with audits and tax preparation
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
* proficiency in microsoft excel and accounting software (e.g., sap, quickbooks)
* excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* experience in financial analysis or audit support
* familiarity with erp systems
