Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Develop and enhance brand positioning in the storage solutions market
Digital Marketing:
Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media presence
Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs
Content Creation:
Direct the development of marketing collateral including product sheets, case studies, and white papers
Ensure all content effectively communicates product benefits and value propositions
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Measure campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
Event Coordination:
Organize company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Plan and manage product launch events and webinars
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
Team Leadership:
Manage marketing team members or external agencies
Provide guidance and mentorship to develop team capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
