what you will do:
- collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that enhance profitability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- conduct comprehensive analyses of financial automotive tier 1 programs to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- develop and maintain forecasts for automotive tier 1 programs, utilizing rigorous analysis to support informed decision-making.
- implement a robust cost control system, ensuring alignment with forecasts and strategic plans.
- partner with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and drive excellence, leveraging pbm principles.
- mentor and train teams on financial management and business excellence methodologies.
who you are (basic qualifications):
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, business excellence, or related roles within the automotive tier 1 environment.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- excellent leadership and team management skills.
- proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
