Job responsibilities
1. lead away from home (afh) business with franchise partners, initially with current platforms and stores, expanding to additional afh customer pilots in the future.
2. own the end-to-end mexico franchise retail strategy across existing and new markets after contract signing.
3. manage all elements of the costa coffee business within mexico franchise retail, ensuring adherence to costa franchising standards.
4. oversee the successful launch of coffee shops in mexico, ensuring compliance with brand and company standards.
5. collaborate with the global center of excellence (coe) and partners to develop and manage the food & beverage menu, including managing the f&b manager.
6. drive sales growth and like-for-like (lfl) sales with santa clara.
7. accelerate store growth in mexico by achieving net sales objectives (nso) targets.
8. manage underperforming franchisees through smart action plans and address failures to meet targets.
9. increase lfl sales through transaction and average transaction value (atv) improvements, aligned with franchise profitability goals.
10. enhance franchise system profitability through business and commercial model changes and new asset types.
11. ensure operational standards are maintained across the retail store network.
12. work with local franchise general managers (gms) to develop locally relevant strategies.
13. collaborate with mexico gm, americas managing director, global retail platform team, and europe head of franchise excellence to explore new formats using data and analysis.
14. support franchise partners in delivering costa global brand standards and guest experiences across all markets.
15. implement robust processes with defined kpis to monitor franchisee performance against objectives.
16. prioritize strategic commercial objectives to gain competitive advantage.
