about the role
tlnt group is seeking an experienced graphic designer / creative strategist who thrives in a b2b environment and knows how to make brands stand out in a crowded digital landscape. You'll own the visual identity of our campaigns across paid and organic channels, from meta and linkedin to sales enablement materials and beyond.
this isn't a production-only role; we want someone who can think creatively, move quickly, and bring a modern, ai-forward approach to their workflow. At tlnt group, we believe ai doesn't replace great designers; it empowers them to do their best work faster. We expect this person to be actively using tools like adobe firefly, claude, manus, or similar platforms as part of their everyday process, from rapid concepting and image generation to copy ideation and workflow automation.
this is a hands-on, execution-oriented role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
what you'll do
* design high-performing paid and organic creative assets for b2b campaigns across meta, linkedin, google display, and email
* develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, digital, print, and presentations
* collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate strategy into compelling visuals
* concept and iterate on ad creative, landing page graphics, pitch decks, one-pagers, and social content
* use ai design tools (adobe firefly, midjourney, etc.) to accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing quality
* contribute to creative strategy discussions, not just execute but help shape the visual direction
* manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver polished work on deadline
what you need
* 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a b2b environment
* proven experience designing for paid advertising campaigns on meta and linkedin
* hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and other resources that support a sales team
* proficiency in adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) and figma
* solid understanding of design for performance, you know what converts, not just what looks good
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
* strong communication skills, you can articulate design decisions and take feedback well
* nice to have:
* motion graphics and video production skills — this is a big plus. Experience creating animated social ads, short-form video content, or motion graphics for linkedin and meta using after effects, premiere pro, or similar tools is highly valued
* experience at a staffing, recruiting, or professional services company
* familiarity with hubspot, canva for teams, or similar platforms
* experience working alongside or briefing external creative agencies
* knowledge of basic ux/ui principles for web and landing page design
* familiarity with a/b testing creative and using performance data to inform design decisions

* this is a full-time, long-term position.
* the position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with tlnt.
