*manager payroll*
reporting to the manager hr, shared services, acuity brands is seeking a manager, payroll operations who will have direct responsibility for payroll operations and provide guidance focused on mexican payroll.
*responsibilities*
- payroll policies and procedures design and improvements for mexico locations
- lead the payroll team to process payroll for +8,000 associates on time for mexico locations
- ensure payroll policies, procedures and kpis
- ensure processes and procedures support compliance in all aspects of payroll
- drive process improvements for seamless payroll processing and enhancing self-service experience for employees and managers
- manage outsourced payroll services and vendors
- conciliate and ensure imms, sua, infonavit, fonacot payments
*requirements*:
- bachelor of business administration, hr, finance or similar
- at least 3 years’ experience as a manager - must
- experience within a payroll function + 6 years. (payroll process for +1,000 employees)
- intermediate-advance level of english
- must
- knowledge of payroll processes, systems, procedures
- knowledge of mexico's federal law, imss, sua, infonavit
- knowledge of payroll compliance
- communication and leadership skills
