*key responsibilities*:
*1. Human resources (hr)*:
- *recruitment and onboarding*:
responsible for local employee recruitment, including job postings, cv screening, interview coordination, background checks, and new hire onboarding documentation.
- *employee relations*:
handle daily employee inquiries, maintain good labor relations; assist in organizing cultural exchange activities between china and mexico to enhance team cohesion.
- *attendance and payroll*:
manage employee attendance systems, verify working hours, assist chinese management in monthly payroll calculation and disbursement.
- *training and development*:
assist in organizing training for new employees and coordinate local training resources as needed.
- *compliance management*:
ensure all hr operations fully comply with mexican federal and nuevo león state labor laws (ley federal del trabajo).
*2. Administration*:
- *initial setup*:
responsible for handling all necessary documents and permits for the initial setup of the company's production (e.g., environmental impact assessment, environmental risk assessment, fire risk assessment, etc.).
- *daily operations*:
responsible for daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of the work environment, document management, etc.
- *communication bridge*:
act as the main point of contact for the company's communication with local government agencies, the community, and service providers (e.g., property management, courier services, etc.).
- *event support*:
assist in organizing corporate meetings, business receptions, and team-building activities.
- *document translation*:
responsible for daily oral and written translation of communication and documents between spanish and chinese (depending on language capabilities).
- *other tasks*:
complete other administrative and hr-related tasks assigned by chinese management.
*requirements*:
- *education*:
bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to degrees in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
- *work experience*:
minimum of 2 years of experience in hr or administrative roles within manufacturing companies in mexico. Experience in multinational or chinese-capital companies will be highly valued.
- *languages*:
fluency in spanish and english (spoken and written). Chinese mandarin communication skills will be a significant advantage. Not mandatory but will be prioritized.
- *technical knowledge*:
in-depth knowledge of mexican federal labor law, social security (imss, infonavit, etc.), and related hr processes. Familiarity with local customs and culture.
*skills*:
- proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- *salary: 23,000 - 28,000 mx pesos*
