key responsibilities
data analysis:
collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to pcba production processes, supply chain management, and overall business operations.
develop actionable insights to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
reporting:
create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
process improvement:
identify opportunities for process enhancements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
conduct root cause analysis of production issues and propose data-driven solutions.
financial analysis:
assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data related to pcba operations.
monitor key financial metrics and support cost-saving initiatives.
project support:
collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to support new product introductions (npi) and process changes.
provide data-driven insights to support decision-making during project planning and execution phases.
market research:
stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
conduct market research to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
qualifications
bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or pcba industry.
strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., excel, sql, tableau, power bi).
knowledge of pcba manufacturing processes and electronic components.
excellent communication and presentation skills.
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
preferred qualifications
experience with erp systems (e.g., sap, oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (mes).
understanding of lean six sigma principles and methodologies.
