job description
the claim management engineer supports technical issues with products, manages quality claims, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams for audits and plant-to-plant issues. Responsibilities include checking parts for containment, following up on containment activities, ensuring compliance with 8d problem-solving processes, providing feedback to customers, tracking 8d activities, and supporting quality certifications like iso9001:2015, iso14001:2015, and iso 45001:2018. The role involves participating in audits, improving the internal quality system, and defining key quality indicators.
qualifications
* education in industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar fields.
* minimum 2 years of experience.
* desired green belt training.
* core tools knowledge: apqp, ppap, msa, spc, pfmea, control plan.
* skills in problem solving, 8d, qrqc, customer audits, technical and mechanical skills, communication, time management, and organization.
* english proficiency required.
