We are seeking a Regional Growth Marketing Manager based in Mexico or Brazil to lead our client's marketing efforts across the LATAM region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field and growth marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness
- Design and run creative, out-of-the-box campaigns (from partnerships to grassroots activations) that generate outsized impact and media attention
- Launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and direct channels with clear objectives, KPIs, and ROI targets
- Analyze LATAM market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to share insights with global teams
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance visibility and credibility
- Plan and manage regional events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring execution within scope and budget
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, applying a data-driven marketing mindset to optimize results
- Travel across LATAM as needed to support regional marketing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7–10 years of regional marketing experience, preferably in fintech, web3, or SaaS; mix of B2B and B2C experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (both preferred); Mandarin is a plus
- Proven ability to design innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and results
- Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines
- Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing decisions
- Proficiency with modern marketing tech stack and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Jasper, analytics platforms)
- Based in Mexico or Brazil, with flexibility to travel across the region
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setup depending on location
