your role will be assisting customers calling to make chinese food reservations.
you will be getting in on the ground floor of a new and rapidly growing operation.

*excellent salary and benefits provided*:
- monthly base salary of $14,* brutos
- monthly bonus of $5,* brutos (based on attendance and kpi's).

*job duties and responsibilities*:
- preferred customer service experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry
- someone who is dynamic/comprehension, good listening skills, has common sense, familiar with food preparation and cooking skills
- effectively manage orders in a short time frame

*work schedule*:
- training schedule: tuesday-saturday (sunday and monday off)/ 8:00am-5:00pm pacific time (5 weeks total).
- required to work during weekends
- after training schedule: morning and afternoon schedules available
- 7:00am-4:30pm pacific time (option # days off during the week (rotantes).
- 10:30am
- 8:00pm pacific time (option # days off during the week (rotantes).
*qualifications*:
- bilingual english & spanish
- must be able to work onsite/in-office (reliable transportation needed)
- excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- typing requirement 20 to 25 wpm
- ability to listen and respond while keying into automated system
- must be able to pass a background check
pay: $20,* per month
