the finance controller manager will oversee all financial activities of the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitoring cost structures, variances, and profitability to support decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations.
Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparing financial statements.
Partnering with plant leadership on investment analysis, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
Coordinating internal and external audits.
Leading and developing the plant finance team.
Providing timely financial reporting and insights to regional and corporate stakeholders.
Supporting erp systems and digital finance initiatives.
Perfil buscado
key requirements:
bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Professional certification (cpa, cma or equivalent) preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, including team management.
Strong knowledge of erp systems such as sap or oracle.
Fluent in english and spanish.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
