you will own key projects and initiatives championed by the operations team.
projects will vary in scope and complexity.

what you'll dodevelop and nurture strong business relationships within an assigned list of geotab partners to drive revenue and unit sales.enable partner success by providing tools, training, and resources to drive geotab sales.collaborate with internal stakeholders (business development, marketing, solutions engineering, account advisory, marketplace and product) to develop sales strategies and growth plans for assigned accounts.provide a feedback loop from partners about market needs and product performance to inform strategy.document activity in salesforce and maintain up-to-date records.forecast and track key account metrics (monthly, quarterly, annual) including activations, terminations, and revenue.ensure partners and geotab meet revenue, profitability, and market share targets.conduct regular business review meetings with partners.manage day-to-day tasks, prioritize effectively, and create urgency when needed.serve as subject matter expert for partners and their customers by informing them about new products/updates and demonstrating geotab solutions (including marketplace as applicable).
assist with rfps/rfis and liaise with geotab's rfx team as required.engage partners to collaborate with pilots & implementation teams to achieve desired outcomes and build deployment/onboarding plans.assess the partner landscape to identify growth opportunities; propose and manage programs accordingly.build geotab credibility, brand value, and trust within the partner network.coach and develop the partner network through meetings, training, product demos, webinars, and participation in customer discussions.consult with marketing to maximize co-marketing and lead generation and ensure geotab branding is well-positioned in each partner portfolio.what you'll bring to this role5-10 years of experience as a sales leader.
5+ years in technical sales.
5+ years in an account management role with a channel sales organization.bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
related fields valued: business, commerce, engineering, computer science.understanding of how partners monetize in a channel ecosystem.experience in the telematics industry or strong knowledge of geotab products and services and how they create value for partners and end customers.proven track record of developing new sales/partner accounts and forecasting account activities to meet/exceed goals.adaptable to changes in business direction, products, and needs from partners and geotab.entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.strong relationship-building, diplomacy, negotiation, and communication skills.technical competence with google workspace and crm tools (salesforce).
remote-friendly with flexibility across time zones.
