- physical inspection of properties, measurements, photographic reports, etc.
- preparation, review, validation and integration of appraisal documentation.
- monthly reports.
- sax management.
- monitoring valuation units and/or services related to the appraisal.
- preparation and interpretation of architectural plans.
- support to other areas when required.
- autocad and excel proficiency.
- administrative activities.
