Business analysis engineer
focus on optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency within the pcba production environment.
key responsibilities
* data analysis:
o collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to pcba production processes, supply chain management, and overall business operations.
o develop actionable insights to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
* reporting:
o create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
o present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
* process improvement:
o identify opportunities for process enhancements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
o conduct root cause analysis of production issues and propose data-driven solutions.
* financial analysis:
o assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data related to pcba operations.
o monitor key financial metrics and support cost-saving initiatives.
* project support:
o collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to support new product introductions (npi) and process changes.
o provide data-driven insights to support decision-making during project planning and execution phases.
* market research:
o stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o conduct market research to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or pcba industry.
* strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., excel, sql, tableau, power bi).
* knowledge of pcba manufacturing processes and electronic components.
* excellent communication and presentation skills.
* ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
* detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
preferred qualifications
* experience with erp systems (e.g., sap, oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (mes).
* understanding of lean six sigma principles and methodologies.
