The international subsidiary banking business is a significant contributor of revenue to corporate institutional banking (former gb) and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 50 countries.

responsibilities
* support 2 bankers with a portfolio of 27-30 names of gnb complex clients to provide them local banking solutions according with its parental guidance; products such as: cash management, payroll, fx and derivatives, credit and lending, trade and supply chain solutions, insurance and investments.
* follow each banker effective strategy to manage customer relationships, anticipating customer needs to provide a best in class service to position hsbc as the market leader in this business.
* help the team to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information on different bank systems as required. Strong focus on commercial activity and reporting under crm systems.
* support bankers to comply with cdd (customer due diligence) and kyc (know your customer) procedures according to group policy.
leadership & teamwork
efficient daily collaboration with product support specialist including credit operations. Collaborating with rms to identify and match customer needs with business opportunities.
