Business development director

about the role:

* this is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision making.
* the ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

key responsibilities:

1. develop and execute a comprehensive business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals.
2. identify new facility partnerships with medical providers, body shops, towing services, and insurance agencies to enhance service offerings.
3. leverage crm systems (filevine, hubspot, salesforce, etc.) to track referrals, engagement levels, and conversion rates, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
4. use real-time analytics dashboards to monitor lead sources, optimize referral pathways, and measure roi on partnerships.

strategic partnerships & referral management:

* implement automated tracking systems to monitor partnership engagement activities, referral performance, and client retention rates.
* oversee cold calling efforts, introducing partnership opportunities to medical facilities, repair shops, and towing companies.
* drive process improvements in lead qualification and follow-up workflows, ensuring that every referral is efficiently tracked and converted.
* manage collision repair referral processes, ensuring rejected leads receive real time body shop referrals while automating tracking in filevine.

leadership, efficiency, & process optimization:

* lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, ensuring they have the best tools, processes, and insights to excel.
* build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health, and partner engagement.
* implement process automation and ai-driven solutions to streamline communication, reporting, and follow-ups.
* establish performance benchmarks and kpis based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes.

candidate requirements:

* a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships.
* at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a business development director or similar.
* mastery of data and reporting skills, including proficiency in crm systems (filevine, hubspot, salesforce, etc.).
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize business development performance.
