We are seeking a professional of analyst transportation is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the movement of goods, raw material and finished good ensuring the on-time delivery while optimization costs. The roll requires strong organization skills and attention to detail and high ability to communicate with stakeholders.
role responsibilities:
* create pick up routes as best convenience in cost and time.
* interpret information related to each shipment and gather additional information as needed.
* follow up and monitoring the transport and material on transit (inbound & outbound)
* proactively communication to other departments, customers and suppliers as needed.
* support transportation and finance administrative functions and reports as needed.
* analyze weekly and monthly metrics and propose ideas to improve and guarantee achieve the target.
* monitor and management the transportation budget.
minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in related field
* professional experience 1-2 years in logistic, distribution.
* fluent english, spoken and written.
* data analytic (excel, power bi)
* kpi management (budget, filling rate, cost reduction)
* management of erp or tools to coordinate and control the requisition of transportations.
* experience to manage inbound and outbound documentation for foreign trade compliance.
* negotiation with suppliers
* experience in maritime, air, and land operations.
* knowledge of incoterms.
