- workforce of over 300 employees.
- payroll systems experience.
*responsibilities*:- supervise and oversee payroll procedures and payments, ensuring compliance with current laws, including payroll tax regulations, and coordinate audits with authorities such as imss, infonavit, and the ministry of finance, among others.
- ensure the timely and accurate payment of all company employees.
- coordinate with the team to validate payroll calculations based on reported incidents.
- maintain precise control of employee modifications with the mexican social security institute (imss), including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- coordinate and prepare documentation when required by authorities such as imss, infonavit, and the ministry of finance.
- develop the company's annual payroll cost budget and projections for the next fiscal year, aligning with business needs and direction.
- prepare executive reports on payroll information as a strategic tool for decision-making.
- as a service-oriented company, the role also includes overseeing the customer service area to address and resolve client needs, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
