The field sales team lead is an entry-level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to deliver comprehensive sales support activities in coordination with the consumer sales team. The role aims to ensure seamless support services to citi clients and help the team meet sales targets.responsibilities:conduct performance evaluations, manage compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members.service existing accounts and establish new accounts within designated locations or geographical areas to increase revenue.proactively approach citi clients to identify needs, understand their requirements, and promote citi’s products.provide advice and product information to clients, highlighting features and benefits.identify cross-selling opportunities to promote other products.achieve or exceed sales targets.assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and maintaining ethical standards. Supervise team activities and ensure accountability.qualifications:previous relevant experience preferred.experience in financial sales, customer service, and management required.proficient in computer skills.proactive leadership and motivational skills.excellent written and verbal communication skills.creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.education:bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.additional details:this role involves recruiting, training, monitoring indicators, maintaining relationships with partners, visiting points of sale, coordinating opening and closing of sales points, managing a team of approximately 12-16 executives, overseeing 6-7 sales points, with a work schedule of 40 hours/week from wednesday to sunday, with mondays and tuesdays off.
