will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ground freight services. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of logistics processes and the ability to manage complex operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics, strong analytical skills, and the capabilities necessary to enhance operational performance.

key responsibilities:

* manage and coordinate daily ground freight operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
* develop and implement processes and systems to optimize logistics operations, focusing on cost reduction and service enhancement.
* collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.
* analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and present findings to senior management.
* ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards governing freight operations.
* handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues related to ground freight services promptly and effectively.
* maintain an accurate inventory of goods in transit and ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
* assist in budget management and control of operational costs.

qualifications:

key responsibilities

communication: serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, effectively communicating logistics needs and updates. Ensure that all parties are well-informed throughout the transportation process.

qualifications

advanced english is required.

monday to friday 7:50 am to 5:00 pm
