With a string presence across multiple regions, including mexico, we are driving the energy transition by delivering innovative storage projects for utilities, developers and commercial partners. As part of our growth in mexico, we are seeking a motivated sales manager/ business development manager to join our team and help us scale further.
key responsibilities :
1. identify and develop new business opportunities in the mexico bess and renewable energy market
2. build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, epcs, and utilities
3. lead the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
4. collaborate with technical and project teams to design tailored solutions for customers
5. monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support business strategy
6. represent eenovance at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
requirements :
1. proven track record in saless or business development within the energy, renewables, or storage sector
2. strong knowledge of energy storage, bess, solar, wind, or utility-scale projects
3. excellent communication and negotiation skills (spanish and english)
4. ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with an international team
5. based in mexico, with flexibility to travel occasionally for clients or industry events
