what we require
* an experienced padi course director with leadership qualities
* tec trainer credentials are highly desired
* self-organized and a great team player
* high sales proficiency – able to source clients & candidates
* multilingual & fluent in at least english & spanish
* additional languages (german, french) are highly desirable
* creative thinking – able to develop self-driven projects for mutual benefit
* no 8 to 5 mentality; available when needed and in charge of the department
* practical and efficient \"can do\" attitude to provide solutions
* knowledge and creativity for social media supervision of our gopro social media sites
* basic knowledge to assist in adjusting the web presence of the gopro department
* willingness to relocate to playa del carmen, mexico
