the business analyst is responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, as well as working with the development team to ensure the solutions meet the customer's needs.
what you will be doing
* collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to identify and understand product requirements (may include customers).
* write business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities and acceptance criteria. Produce specification documents, including customer profiles, detailed user stories (or design specifications) and detailed product changes based on prioritized requirements.
* perform business process analysis for roadmap features including workflow, feature set and differentiating value.
* perform acceptance testing during and throughout the development cycle.
* answer questions from the development team about features and requirements; may collaborate with product management as required.
* provide demonstrations of sprint reviews. Works with 1-2 scrum teams.
what you likely bring
* 3+ years of applicable experience as a business analyst.
* ability to perform work under minimal supervision.
* problem solving skills in a team setting.
* focus on customer/client needs.

* 3+ years of experience working in a software development environment, ideally with saas solutions.
* bachelor’s degree preferred.
