*main activities*:
- recruitment, selection, induction and of direct and indirect personnel.
- responsible for compliance with the payroll process and payment to employees.
- administration of wages and salaries based on the established tabulators (benchmark).
- analyze turnover and/or absenteeism, propose programs or implement systems that reduce turnover and absenteeism.
- proposes and applies disciplinary actions in accordance with the rit and the lft, documents the personnel and prepares the labor file, making dismissals and/or contract terminations with or without responsibility for the company.
- integrates and monitors the training and training plan and program.
- responsible for the hygiene and safety commission and update of the corresponding folders.
- establish work risk prevention programs, using statistics, graphs and reports for measurement.
- filling out forms for work risk imss and stps, implements programs.
- coordinates recreational and social activities for employees.

- bachelor's degree
- bilingual 90%
- experience in tress system (desirable)
- +5 years of experience in position
