We seek an experienced *account manager* to join our marketing and client services team in mexico city. Reporting to our vp, marketing and client services, you will manage multiple branded content accounts pre-through-post sale, considering business and client objectives, goals, and milestones throughout the process this is a full-time role with an opportunity for growth.

*responsibilities*:

- create and oversee overall campaign schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverables are achieved against the budget
- make strategic recommendations based on client knowledge, historic campaigns, and participation in creative brainstorming
- provide data and performance analysis during and after a campaign for optimization and client reporting
- support day-to-day internal operations, including client communication and project management with internal teams
- collaborate with paid media and creative production to provide information and project direction to ensure client satisfaction
- contribute to existing client relationships with clarity, confidence, and understanding of both the client’s business goals and first media’s business model

*requirements*:

- 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on client communications, production, project, and/or account management
- experience working in a production environment - able to explain creative needs/deliverables and project manage as a bridge between creative and client
- demonstrated track record of success with clients and internal collaborators
- strong writing and communication skills
- solution-oriented, proactive, creative, and flexible
- skilled in crafting and delivering presentations (powerpoint, keynote, or google slides)
- solid time management and organizational skills; the ability to thrive in a remote working environment
- a high level of comfort interfacing with clients
- experience reading and interpreting media reports (meta, tiktok, and snapchat analytics) is a plus
