execute the necessary actions to ensure efficient administration of human resources, maintain an adequate work environment, and implement effective hr strategies that contribute to plant and organizational objectives.
responsibilities
* execute administrative processes related to personnel management, including employee and unionized staff movements.
* preferred knowledgeable in payroll processing, specifically using the aspel noi payroll system.
* strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting.
* experience working with unionized staff and collective bargaining agreements.
* ability to conduct interviews and support recruitment processes.
* manage terminations in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
* ensure compliance with the internal work regulations and applicable labor laws.
* administer collective bargaining agreements and internal regulations.
* participate in union relations and negotiations of collective and individual agreements.
* attend and prevent labor contingencies.
* follow up on departmental joint commission meetings.
* analyze hr indicators and create action plans for improvement.
* support cultural initiatives, workplace events, and promote a positive work environment.
* stop any process when a deviation affecting product safety is detected.
qualifications
* experience: 3–5 years in labor relations, payroll, and legal hr requirements.
* bilingual: intermediate in english and spanish (written and verbal).
