Service delivery and operations manager
this is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest level of service satisfaction among dealers in the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to improve service capabilities across our dealer network.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and accessory sales targets.
* collaborate with dealers to build active and passive service working procedures, standards, and teams.
* manage parts planning, warehousing logistics, and delivery operations to ensure seamless product supply.
* lead product testing, pre-market service planning, and preparation efforts in-country.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical-related field.
* minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the agricultural machinery industry.
* proficiency in english as the primary working language.
