your new role
as customer service manager you will be responsible for the management, support and development of customer service and inside sales departments in mexico and brazil, you will oversee efficient order management & order to cash processes to ensure execution at best in class service level, you will coach and develop teams to emphasise customer focus and coordinate in conjunction with planning and logistics operations to maximize on time delivery performance, supervise global strategic project and initiatives at sub-regional level acting as referent for the commercial organization within the hub, you will monitor customer service kpis dashboard to pilot the activity and supervise the team performance implementing norms to contribute to a positive workplace leading high performance teams.
what you´ll need
- bachelor´s degree concluded.
- at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial leadership roles for the customer service department.
- extensive experience supervising the order management & order to cash processes, overseeing customer facing strategies and supporting supply chain planning and logistic operations.
- experience implementing customer service procedures and best practices ensuring strong otif.
- leadership, strategic vision, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- experience with sap (desirable)
- advanced english and desirable portuguese.
