general activities:
the project manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
pilots and validates the technical offer in the pre-sales phase:
* qualification of the offer (go/nogo)
* participation in the response strategy
* supervision of the drafting of the technical part of the offer
* estimated costs (human and material resources)
manages the overall delivery of a project portfolio:
* validates staffing/destaffing
* validates delivery notes and receipt reports
* prepares claim files and amendments
* prepares and co-facilitates monthly steering committees
* ensures compliance with the financial objectives of the projects in its portfolio
* proposes and manages the project margin and productivity optimization plan
* ensures financial reporting of projects and contributes to arbitrations relating to the delivery part
team management :
* leads the project teams: manages the resources and skills allocated to projects within its scope
* coordinates the cp / platform pilot / batch manager / wp managers / team leaders of the projects to ensure the quality of deliverables and optimization of financial results
* he transmits his knowledge and ensures the skills development of his project teams.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
* minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in an engineering or technical environment.
* proven experience in managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
* certifications: project management professional (pmp) or similar certification preferred.
