Director of sales

at the forefront of hospitality, we seek an experienced leader to spearhead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.

* key responsibilities:
* develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across fit, mice, and destination wedding segments, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
* establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including otas, consortia, travel agencies, and wholesalers, to increase production and market share.
* collaborate with revenue management to optimize adr, occupancy, and revpar through effective pricing and segmentation strategies, fostering a culture of excellence.
* coordinate marketing and public relations efforts to ensure consistent brand communication and visibility, highlighting our unique value proposition.
* represent the property at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to promote brand awareness and business development, networking with key decision-makers.
* lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, driving individual and collective success.
* maintain close communication with senior management on progress, opportunities, and market trends, ensuring alignment and strategic direction.
* partner with f&b and events teams to support group, banquet, and wedding sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

qualifications:

* fluency in english language; ability to communicate effectively and present clearly
* strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record of success
* analytical, proactive, and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering results
* detail-oriented and highly reliable, with excellent follow-through and execution skills
* high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality, upholding our company values
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 5+ years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
* pre-opening experience a plus, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
