about the team:
zf production system team is the one that always looks forward, clarify the route and makes things happen to improve the performance and competitivity of the company. The team consist in 4 zfps engineers and 1 zfps black belt, all men, assigned each one to a process group area and responsible for a zfps methodology deployment.
what you can look forward to as zf production system intern:
* identify opportunities of improvement
* implement actions to reduce waste and increase efficiency
* follow up specific kpi’s
* develop and document cis projects
* participate in kaizen workshops
* train key operators and engineers
your profile as zf production system intern:
* currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in industrial engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint), desireble power bi and auto cad.
* basics concepts of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
* basic concepts of industrial engineering like time and motion analysis, ergonomics analysis, capacity analysis, etc.
* required skills on teamwork,learning fast, proactive.
* preferred skills on data analysis, organized
