*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (cpa preferred).
- proven experience as a controller or similar role in the construction industry.
- strong understanding of construction accounting principles and practices.
- proficiency in accounting software (e.g., quickbooks, sage) and microsoft excel.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively as well as think critically and problem-solve.
