Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer problems both remotely and in the field to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Implement timely solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver high-quality solutions to customers and stakeholders on time and at the lowest possible cost.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles within the service knowledge management system.
- Establish strong communication and relationships with customers.
- Promote a professional image and build customer trust.
- Effectively communicate with customers, set up appointments, and provide clear information during onsite visits.
- Manage parts ordering and inventory effectively.
- Perform equipment maintenance/installation according to specifications.
- Verify systems operation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide simple repair information to customers for operating their system.
- Attain system/customer knowledge to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned and backup accounts, growing the service agreement business.
- Able to work on standby and respond to call-outs after hours.
- Some territories may require extended travel and overnight stays.
- Continues to develop skills towards new technologies.
