With a blend of creativity, strategy, and performance-driven tools, we empower our clients to connect with more engaged couples and grow their businesses sustainably.

we're looking for a proactive and strategic business development manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue by connecting business owners in the wedding industry with our marketing solutions. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and client success teams to develop and execute strategies that generate new business and foster long-term partnerships.
this is a remote position and a great opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of a fast-moving company.

market research: analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitors' strategies to inform company growth efforts
strategic planning: develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. Client acquisition: source and engage potential clients, building strong relationships and negotiating contracts to secure business deals
networking & outreach: represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups. Performance tracking: monitor and report on key business development metrics, including revenue growth, lead conversion, and client acquisition rates
team collaboration & leadership: work closely with cross-functional teams to align on business development goals and oversee the onboarding and support of business development representatives (bdrs) when needed

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
~ experience with crm systems (e.g., hubspot, salesforce, close, highlevel)
~ familiarity with the wedding industry or digital marketing (a plus)
~ bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
