as a martech consultant you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing marketing and advertising tools. Your role will involve conducting vendor assessments, optimizing martech/adtech stacks, and driving business development efforts in the digital marketing platform space.

* gather business requirements and design processes and solutions for implementing marketing and advertising tools.
* conduct vendor assessments and client martech/adtech capability assessments.
* provide recommendations on optimizing martech/adtech stacks and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing platforms.
* research, evaluate, and recommend new martech/adtech systems and suppliers.
* partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
* understand and convey the impact of regulations like ccpa and gdpr on marketing channels.
* mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects.
* drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space.

* bachelor’s degree completed; mba is highly desirable. Certified in adobe desirable.
* availability to travel may be required.
* english advanced.
* +12 years of proven working experience in digital marketing/advertising platforms across industries such as e-commerce, cpg, telecom, healthcare, and financial services.
* must have skills: martech/adtech transformation, martech assessment, adobe experience cloud, adobe journey optimizer, adobe experience manager, salesforce marketing cloud, google marketing platform, techno-functional and project management experience.
* strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including data, content, marketing automation, campaign performance management, personalization, and analytics.
* experience in implementing martech platforms and adtech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms.
* deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customizing where required, using salesforce marketing cloud, adobe experience cloud, or google marketing platform.
* hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other martech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience.
* good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.
* excellent oral and written english communication skills.
* good to have skills: firebase, appsflyer, pega decisioning, tag management platforms (gtm, launch, tealium), dmps, cdps.
