- proven experience in a delivery manager or similar role within the outsourcing industry.
- in-depth knowledge of service delivery processes and project management.

- bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).

- implement and monitor quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of services at the highest standards.
- conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

- establish and monitor key performance metrics related to delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance and improvement areas.
