* hospitality or communication bachelor's degree
* 2 years of customer service experience
* english advanced, preferably native. If your english is native, conversational spanish is required. Toefl or cambridge certification at an advanced level is required.

tasks and responsibilities
* manage reservations, identifying customer requirements and expectations before their visit
* proper use of the reservation system
* attend phone calls, emails, instagram, and whatsapp
* ensure that reservations support smooth service flow
* knowledge in food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies
* identify and report special customer requests
* handle and follow up on customer compliance
* assign tables to guests according to reservations
* welcome to our diners guests to their tables
* maintain and manage the customer database and ensure the proper use of confidential information
