responsibilities
* graphic design
o create visually appealing designs for brochures, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
o develop layouts, illustrations, and other design elements following brand guidelines.
o produce executive presentations for internal and client use.
* web page development
o assist in developing engaging and user-friendly web pages.
o maintain and update website content.
* concept development
o collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create innovative design concepts aligned with marketing goals.
* brand consistency
o ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all designs for a cohesive brand image.
* social media content creation
o design graphics and multimedia content for social networks (linkedin, instagram, x).
o create and edit video content, including reels, tiktoks, and youtube videos.
* project management
o manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
* collaboration
o work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to understand project requirements.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in graphic design.
* proficiency in english (90% or above).
* 6+ months of professional experience in a content agency (internship or entry-level positions).
* international experience preferred.
* expertise in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, premiere).
* strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* passion for client service and adaptability to manage diverse projects.
