Ensure the proper implementation of brand guidelines at point of sale and contribute to increasing sell-out through effective execution and field operations.
key responsibilities
oversee the operation of the assigned business units and/or territories.
monitor and support sell-out performance by store.
prepare daily attendance reports for the field team.
track, control and evaluate field force key performance indicators (kpis).
manage and follow up on team motivation and retention programs to reduce turnover.
ensure correct product exposure and in-store execution nationwide for the assigned categories.
prepare and submit operational reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
control and validate payment support documentation.
plan and manage the distribution of pop materials for the assigned categories.
supervise trade marketing campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines.

qualifications
experience managing field teams.

3–5 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles.
background in multinational companies (desirable).
solid knowledge of marketing and trade marketing tools and techniques.
