- lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to ensure flawless production processes.
- strictly adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- determine and implement strategies for process improvements and cost reductions.
- monitor and analyze production data to ensure efficient performance.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members.
- ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
*requirements*:
- proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
- strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- high school diploma or equivalent experience; advanced technical training or certification preferred.
