Visión general:- perform the daily operations of production according to the demand of production, define priorities and sequencing at the production area.
- support all the ehs programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
- check the quality of the products in each of the manufacturing cells or machines.
- coordinate with the maintenance department for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in charge.
- maintain the 5 ´s program at the area.
- supervise the personnel in charge and evaluate their performance.
- ensure that the personnel in charge of them comply with quality and safety procedures to meet the quality requirements and to maintain the physical integrity of the workers.
- ensure and collaborate in the development and training of the personnel in charge according to the programs established by human resources and rest of the areas.
- supervise the inspection of the parts produced.
