we are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven inside/outside sales representative to join our dynamic team. This role combines inside prospecting with outside client engagement, playing a key role in generating leads, building strong relationships, and closing deals that drive company growth.

position overview

the inside/outside sales representative will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, scheduling and conducting sales meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and closing business. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the discipline to work both independently and collaboratively.

key responsibilities

* generate business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and client visits.
* qualify prospects to identify needs, level of interest, and purchasing potential.
* deliver virtual and in-person presentations of ail's products and services.
* develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
* build strong relationships with decision-makers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
* close sales from both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
* manage the sales cycle using crm tools, ensuring accurate follow-up and documentation.
* stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.
* represent ail's values and vision in every customer interaction.

qualifications

* bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2–3+ years of b2b sales experience (promotional products, printing, signage, or related industries).
* proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and closing sales.
* strong knowledge and use of crm platforms.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* negotiation expertise with a proven track record of successful deals.
* highly competitive, results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).

physical requirements

* ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
* regular and punctual attendance.
* capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. if required.
* extended periods of computer and phone use.
* clear and effective verbal communication skills.

job type: full-time

pay: from $15,000.00 per month

work location: remote
