we are looking for aninsights managerto join our research & insights team in mexico city. This role is key in supporting research initiatives that uncover valuable insights for advertisers and media agencies, while helping the sales team demonstrate the value of teads’ solutions.
as an insights manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for sp latam most exciting advertisers and agencies, leading end-to-end research projects that uncover what truly drives outcomes. You’ll work closely with local and international teams, building and nurturing relationships with key research vendors in the industry.
you will design and deliver research projects using our internal tools, supporting our biggest clients while helping to shape and scale r&i operations across the region.
what will you do?
* coordinating multiple research projects across the region, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement within teads' advertising solutions.
* respond to insights-related requests from the sales teams with clear, data-backed recommendations
* potentially interacting with clients to discuss research findings and recommendations.
* preparing reports and presentations summarizing research results.
* working with other teams within teads to integrate research findings into product development and business strategies.
what will you bring to the team?
* research and analytical skills:essential for conducting and interpreting research projects across the region.
* project management experience:required for managing multiple research projects effectively in different markets.
* communication skills:both written and verbal communication skills are important for presenting research findings.
* proficiency with tools:experience with tools like excel and powerpoint is likely.
* industry knowledge:a good understanding of the digital advertising landscape, especially programmatic advertising.
* client interaction:experience in leading calls and interacting with internal teams and clients.
